The Role
As our BDM, you'll be responsible for driving new business growth and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships. You'll work closely with sales, production, and leadership teams to create tailored solutions that solve real business challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across key B2B sectors
Build and manage a pipeline of strategic clients
Lead solution focused conversations that align client needs with Colorcorp's capabilities
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and presentations
Maintain accurate CRM reporting and track performance against targets
Represent Colorcorp at client meetings, industry events, and networking forums
What You Bring
Proven experience in B2B sales or business development (print, signage, Fleet, or manufacturing preferred)
Strong relationship building, negotiation, and closing skills
Commercial acumen with the ability to identify and act on new opportunities
Self starter with a track record of exceeding targets
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Understanding of production workflows and client service in a manufacturing environment (advantageous)
