**About the role**
This is a great role if you are looking for your foot in the door in a Agribusiness You will report to the Freight Planning Manager and be based from our Toowoomba office, you'll be part of a team responsible for:

- Administering customer ownership and inventory tasks for grain such as swaps, re-grades and re-classifications
- Timely and accurate truck loading timeslot administration including opening, allocations and delivering a seamless customer timeslot experience
- Assisting with day-to-day supply chain operations planning and delivery tasks including compliance and reporting.

**About your experience**

We'll also value your strong communication, time management, customer and stakeholder management skills. You're okay with a little ambiguity, able to seek guidance and make decisions using sound judgement.
