**About the role**

Reporting to the Road Freight Manager, this role will be offered on a hybrid working pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. You’ll be part of a team responsible for:

- Supporting the updating of heavy vehivle access profiles and communicating the access to relevant internal stakeholders.
- Assisting inventory reconciliation processes.
- Finalise documentation to export and supporting AP/AR invoicing process.
- Close out activities associated with road invoicing.
- Maintaining compliance register and communicate changes with stakeholders.

**About your experience**
- Strong communication, time management, high attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Customer and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to use a suite IT platform with confidence.
