**A great opportunity**

When it comes to Sport and Community, this role will give you a taste of everything, including:

- Managing Mingara's ClubGRANTS program in-line with legal, budget and reporting requirements.
- Seeking opportunities for Events, and community initiatives that align with our Vision and that will increase our 'foot traffic' to the venue.
- Creating great relationships within the local community and government to assist Funding and Grant opportunities.
- Supporting Mingara's Sub and Affiliated Clubs, to ensure that their administration is maintained, and complies with legislative requirements.
- Organising key community events and initiatives.
- As a member of our Destination Leadership Team, you will work closely with other Leaders to develop and execute our business plan and strategic vision for the site.
- Attending community events as a brand ambassador for Mingara

**About you**
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings and confidence to speak publicly.
- Previous experience working or volunteering within a community organisation.
- The ability to build trust, credibility and confidence of stakeholders at all levels of our organisation.
- Excellent organisational and administration skills, with a high level of attention to detail
- With strong project management skills and the ability to multi task and manage competing priorities.
