About the Role:As the Cocktail Head Bartender, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing the cocktail program within our luxurious hotel, ensuring that each cocktail is meticulously crafted from scratch without the use of recipe cards or pre-batching. Your extensive knowledge of cocktails and bar management will be instrumental in elevating the guest experience and setting new standards of excellence. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Mastering the art of mixing all 25 top classic cocktails flawlessly, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to delivering an exceptional and unforgettable cocktail experience for our esteemed guests.
- Leading and managing a team of four dedicated bar staff, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and creativity within the bar.
- Collaborating closely with the hotel management to ensure seamless integration of the bar operations with the overall guest service experience, contributing to the hotel's renowned reputation and success within the industry.
