Cocktail Mixologist Position

Perched on a high floor of a renowned hotel, our luxury sky bar boasts stunning views of the city skyline. Specialising in signature cocktails and featuring an impressive spirit collection, we are proud to be one of Sydney's favourite rooftop bars.

We seek an experienced casual Cocktail Bartender to join our team at Australia's largest hotel. As a member of our staff, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service to our guests.

The Role:

  • An ability to thrive under pressure and work in a dynamic environment.
  • Previous experience in a similar setting is required.
  • A strong knowledge of classic and signature cocktails is essential.
  • Able to provide professional customer service with a friendly personality.
  • Excellent presentation and grooming skills.
  • A proven ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • A current RSA certification.
  • Able to work on a flexible, rotating roster including nights and weekends.
