We're looking for a Head Bartender to join our Blu Bar team

As Head Bartender at Blu Bar, you will:

Lead with Excellence: Oversee the creation of world-class cocktails while inspiring and mentoring a team of talented bartenders.
Set the Standard: Maintain impeccable service standards in a fast-paced, fun, and luxurious environment where every detail counts.
Create Unforgettable Moments: Be the mastermind behind memorable guest experiences, delivering both exceptional drinks and exceptional service.
Stay Ahead of Trends: Guide the team to innovate, experiment, and stay on the cutting edge of mixology.
Lead by Example: Ensure smooth bar operations, from stock management to maintaining a high-energy atmosphere that keeps both the team and guests engaged.

Train and Mentor: Conduct cocktail classes and training sessions, passing on your wealth of knowledge and passion to the next generation of bartenders.
Handle It All: Manage responsibilities with confidence, including adhering to RSA standards, managing team dynamics, and contributing to the overall success of Blu Bar.

About You

  • Experience in Hotel or Bar environments
  • You're a mixology expert, with deep knowledge of classic cocktails, contemporary trends, and the skill to create something entirely new.
  • Understanding of workplace practices in Work Health and Safety
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
