**About the Role**:
Your position plays an important role in attracting new clients into the business, building valued relationships & performing meaningful conversations. As a Sales & Coaching Consultant your role will include but not be limited to:

- Engage, develop, and establish outstanding customer relationships
- Interact with customers to clarify needs, build rapport, and qualify services required
- Provide knowledge and insights into all the services offered
- Work closely with customers to understand their areas of improvement and goals
- Work on a 1 to 1 basis, delivering communication and presentation coaching
- Using coaching frameworks to outline development pathways
- Identify new lead and market opportunities
- Coordinate the delivery of services with our team members
- Document key information into our Hubspot platform.

**About You**:
2yrs+ experience as a coaching professional who loves what you do combined with a growth mindset.
- Experience in organisational coaching or similar
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Persistence, resilience, and outcome focused
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritise activities
- High achiever and goal orientated
