eg+ is looking for a Content Producer to join the team.

The Content Producer will be working closely with the Creative Director and Account Management team to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard, meeting client and creative expectations whilst delivering the final product on time and on budget.

As a Content Producer, you will come with strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to multi-task, prioritize and work to tight deadlines, be enthusiastic and flexible, highly organized and methodical.

**Responsibilities**:

- Taking briefs and creating estimates
- Scheduling, managing workflow and responsible for end to end delivery of video content
- Assigning and liaising with production staff on best process
- Managing the day to day coordination of projects from brief through to delivery
- Managing projects to budget and to deadlines
- Track and monitor production costs and reconcile projects upon completion

- An ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
- Strong relationships with agency peers

- An ability to stay calm and focussed under pressure

Experience and Knowledge
- A sound understanding of broadcast and post-production requirements
- Experience in delivering projects that involve Postproduction editing (video/audio) Motion Graphics etc.
- Experience with arranging small to large film/video shoots.
- Deadline driven and target oriented
