Only Hospitality Group are on the lookout for a Venue Manager to run our venue, Nelson, in Box Hill. This role is no weekends, weekdays only

As the Venue Manager, you will be responsible for the ongoing execution of all tasks related to the successful operation of the venue. You will be responsible for driving and maintaining existing processes with the involvement of senior leadership.

While this position offers significant responsibility, as a highly structured group, high-level engagement is required with leadership and internal stakeholders. You will be fully supported by a team of passionate hospitality professionals.

The role
- A good understanding of running a successful hospitality venue
- Managing stock control, labour benchmarks, expenses, staff training and recruitment
- P&L exposure and understanding of how to manage businesses with bottom line in mind
- Experience as a venue manager in a large dynamic venue
- Exceptional management skills with clear leadership capabilities
- The ability to develop future leaders
- Complete understanding of regulatory compliance across food and beverage
- Creating a positive working environment and delivering excellent customer service

**Salary**: $70,000.00 per year
