Located in Mulgrave, Hogan Engineering is a long established, Australian owned company which specialises in earthmoving attachments. We supply to leading brands and have a well-recognised and respected name in the industry.

We are currently seeking a motivated Production Coordinator to join our team in a permanent, full-time capacity.

**The Role**:

- Maintain production schedule, ensuring budgets and timeframes are adhered to.
- Enter customer orders in MRP Easy.
- Book stock, create and complete manufacturing orders in MRP Easy.
- Oversee and organise transport and delivery.
- Monitor stock levels, raise POs and place orders with suppliers.
- Analyse forecasts and recent sales for imports.
- Maintain regular stocktake.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and quality
- Customer service
- Other adhoc duties as required.

**About you**:

- Demonstrated experience in stock control and forecasting.
- Experience in MRP Easy is highly regarded, but not essential
- Ability to coordinate and liaise with staff and customers at all levels.
- Capable of pro-actively building and maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude. A strong team player.
- Good attention to detail, ability to work efficiently and unsupervised.
- Excellent Communication Skills, Inter-Personal Skills and Computer Skills.
- Ability to multitask

Applicants who have a background and/or knowledge in Earthmoving will be highly considered.

Salary commensurate with experience.
