Reporting to the NSW State Manager, you will be responsible for your allocated site and the delivery of project milestones.
Responsibilities As the Site Manager you will be responsible for:Coordination and oversight of construction activities on siteCollaboration with Project Manager and key stakeholders to deliver the Construction ProgramEffective subcontractor management to maximise outcomesMonitor quality standards across the siteParticipate in project meetingsSite Safety performanceSupport HSE and Quality audits as requiredManage relationships with internal and external stakeholders Qualifications As the ideal applicant you will possess:Significant prior site management experience, ideally in the Industrial and/or multi level tower sectorDemonstrated understanding of modern building practices and standardsA commitment to implementing, developing and maintaining safe workplace behavioursOutstanding interpersonal and relationship management skills How to apply To apply for this role, please submit your application via our careers website.
