Overview

Join to apply for the Site Manager role at Design Build. We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead a retail fit out project in Albury. This is a hands-on site-based role, ideal for someone with a strong background in fast-paced retail environments. You'll be working closely with the project team to deliver a high-quality result on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day site operations and coordinate trades and suppliers
  • Ensure project milestones are met and work is delivered to a high standard
  • Enforce compliance with WHS regulations and company policies
  • Use Procore for project management and Hammertech for safety compliance
  • Conduct toolbox talks, site inductions, and maintain daily site reports
  • Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams
Experienced Required
  • Proven retail fit-out experience as a Site Manager
  • Proficiency in Hammertech and Procore
  • Strong understanding of OH&S and site safety procedures
  • Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills
  • A current White Card and First Aid certificate
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work on-site in Albury, with reliable transport
