About the Role:
The Head of Engineering will be responsible for architecting and scaling our cloud-based platform, ensuring seamless and powerful infrastructure for growth. This role requires close collaboration with geoscientists, data scientists, product managers, and other stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the development of our AI-powered platform, leveraging large-scale geospatial and scientific datasets, and 3D interactive user experiences.
Lead and grow a distributed team of software engineers, with a focus on developing a high-performing, multidisciplinary cloud software development team.
Provide technical leadership in cloud application architecture, AI, and machine learning, ensuring our platform remains at the forefront of innovation in mineral exploration.
Requirements:
Proven experience in building, leading, and growing high-performing cloud software development teams.
Technical leadership experience in developing cloud-based platforms featuring large-scale geospatial or scientific datasets and 3D interactive user experiences.
Deep hands-on experience building on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
