We are seeking an exceptional engineering leader to drive the development of our cutting-edge AI-powered platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams, with expertise in cloud application architecture, AI, and machine learning.

About the Role:

The Head of Engineering will be responsible for architecting and scaling our cloud-based platform, ensuring seamless and powerful infrastructure for growth. This role requires close collaboration with geoscientists, data scientists, product managers, and other stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the development of our AI-powered platform, leveraging large-scale geospatial and scientific datasets, and 3D interactive user experiences.
  • Lead and grow a distributed team of software engineers, with a focus on developing a high-performing, multidisciplinary cloud software development team.
  • Provide technical leadership in cloud application architecture, AI, and machine learning, ensuring our platform remains at the forefront of innovation in mineral exploration.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in building, leading, and growing high-performing cloud software development teams.
  • Technical leadership experience in developing cloud-based platforms featuring large-scale geospatial or scientific datasets and 3D interactive user experiences.
  • Deep hands-on experience building on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
