Sci-Fleet Hino have an immediate opportunity for a Service Advisor at our Coopers Plains Service Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with a keen interest in developing into a high-quality Service Advisor, or someone who already has experience in a similar role and is looking to develop even further. We are looking for candidates who have the initiative to grow in the role and make it their own.
Responsibilities
Providing top notch guest services and guest experiences
Determining customer requirements and assisting in the selection of solutions
Developing and maintaining relationships with customers
Assisting customers with bookings, enquiries and service scheduling over the phone, in person and via email
Processing orders, invoices and payments
Liaising with customers, sales representatives and service technicians to determine repair and service timelines
Arranging loan vehicles for customers
Operating specialised automotive dealership management software
Qualifications
A passion for providing outstanding guest experiences
Mechanical knowledge and or experience, highly regarded
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Committed to building a successful career & career longevity
Outstanding attention to detail and production of quality work
