Under the general guidance and supervision of the General Manager within the limits of established IHG policies, procedures to be responsible for the efficient operation of the Terrigal Beach House ensuring the provision of high quality service to our guests, whilst maintaining outlet profitability and revenue to budgeted expectations, secure business development opportunities and create the marketing plan for the venue.

Assist's with the development of the hotel's strategic plans for the Terrigal Beach House. Maintain a safe and secure environment for patrons and guests whilst ensuring that all legislative requirements regarding Responsible Service of Alcohol, Responsible Conduct of Gaming and 104 legislations are strictly followed. Promotes the desired work culture around the Winning Ways; Do the right thing, show we care, Aim higher, Celebrate difference and Work Better together.
