Beach House Operations Manager

The successful candidate will oversee the smooth operation of a high-profile beachside venue, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and optimal outlet profitability.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop strategic business plans for the hotel's Terrigal Beach House
- Maintain a safe environment for patrons and guests while adhering to legislative requirements
- Foster a positive work culture by leading by example and promoting open communication
- Drive business development opportunities through targeted marketing and outreach efforts
Working closely with the General Manager, this role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements:Ambitious individuals with experience in hospitality management are encouraged to apply. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred. Relevant certifications such as RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and RSG (Responsible Service of Gaming) are advantageous but not essential.
