**About the Role**

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow professionally, with a focus on building strong customer service and administrative skills in a dynamic real estate environment.
Your main responsibilities will include:

- Supporting sales and property management
- Provide excellent customer service and relationship building.
- Undertaking administrative tasks to support the real estate team
- Prepare marketing material
- Addressing customer concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.

**About you**:

- Year 12 completed
- Eager to grow your skills in customer service, communication and real estate administration.
- Confident interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, and listening)
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), Customer CRM and financial soft
- Fluent spoken and written English essential
- Need to have a police check.
