**Responsibilities**:

- Executing trades and implementing high frequency trading strategies.
- Analyzing and monitoring market trends and technological developments affecting trading activities.
- Conducting research to identify market opportunities and new trading instruments.
- Assisting with risk management and position monitoring.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with brokers and vendors.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in trading or capital markets.
- Knowledge of crypto and blockchain technology.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with an ability to produce detailed reports.
- Familiarity with trading platforms and software such as Trading Technologies and Bloomberg.
- Ability to work long hours in a fast-paced trading environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to develop and maintain relationships.
