**Business Information Security Lead**

**About the role**:
The key focus of this role is to manage engagement and communications and between IT, key stakeholders, and vendors, whilst providing strategic guidance, support and advocacy to successfully deliver TWE's Cyber Security projects.

In addition, the role is responsible for ensuring change management, IT operational and project governance exists and is measured across TWE's Cyber Security function, including all Cyber projects that are delivered either as part of a formalised Program of work (roadmap) or individual Cyber project.
- Lead multi-functional relationships throughout the project(s) and effectively collaborate with stakeholders across functional and technical skillsets
- Provide guidance and recommendations around project activity objectives, including any additional activities that management may need to consider to achieve the desired cyber security risk posture
- Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements, gap analysis and assess security threats/vulnerabilities to manage business risk
- Conduct analysis of business processes to drive operational process change and integrate proposed solutions to mitigate potential unforeseen impacts.
- Manage the change management approach for the roadmap and ensure appropriate governance is in place and adhered to
- Assist in design and release of effective and fit for purpose security training and awareness plans/campaigns
- Inform the review and refinement the policies, procedures and processes owned and managed by IT in alignment with Risk & Governance and internal audit controls
- Define reporting metrics and implement reporting and control of these metrics for IT and Risk & Governance teams

**About you**

With proven experience (7 + years) across a variety of IT functions, you will also have a proven track record of proven direct staff management and development in an IT environment
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
- ITIL and/or Prince2 certification desirable
- PM certification strongly desired
- Experience with IT Governance management including Disaster Recovery
- Demonstrated PMO management and experience is required
- Experience with working with Business and IT process definition or continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong intellectual capacity, written and verbal communication skills, and ability to collaborate effectively
