Our people and values are the key reason to our continued success – we now have over 8000 employees globally.Your RoleAs our People, Culture and Change Manager for two key business units, you'll be the driving force behind our people strategy - leading initiatives that uplift capability, foster engagement and drive growth.
As part of these business leadership teams, you'll work closely with General Managers and senior leaders to build a thriving culture that empowers teams and aligns with our bold business goals.

Ideally you can demonstrate: Degree in Business, Commerce, HR, Psychology, or related fieldStrong commercial acumen with experience developing impactful people initiatives to drive business strategyExperience in Distribution or Trade-facing industries desirableProven ability to build and influence executive-level relationshipsAbility to balance long-term strategic imperatives with day-to-day operational needsExceptional communication skills, including handling complex and sensitive HR issuesDemonstrated experience in change management, building capability and transformation initiativesImagine a better placeAt DuluxGroup, we believe in the power to 'Imagine a better place', and we want you to be a part of it
