**Position: Cleaning Manager**

**Location:* Anywhere within Brisbane CBD**

** Full time Hours - (Up to 38 hours per week) Immediate Start**

** 1 vacancy available**

**Responsibilities**:

- House cleaning, bond cleaning, carpet cleaning, landscaping, pressure washing, commercial cleaning only if needed.
- Reviewing safety procedures and training staff on safe work practices.
- Schedule and assign cleaning staff to specific tasks and areas, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
- Inspect work areas regularly to ensure they meet established standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Investigate complaints and take corrective action as necessary.
- Prepare reports on staff performance and submit to upper management.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Check and inspect that all the team have the necessary stuff to do the different services.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Monitoring staff work performance to ensure that they are completing their tasks efficiently.
- Maintaining inventory levels of cleaning supplies and ordering supplies as needed.
- Conducting regular employee evaluations to assess performance and provide feedback.
- Establishing and enforcing policies regarding workplace safety, security, and hygiene procedures.
- Training new employees on company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Developing budgets for labor, supplies, equipment, and other operating costs.

- Proven experience in a managerial role within the cleaning industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
