It's a good time to see what more you can find as an Analyst within our Digital and Customer Experience team. You will be responsible for supporting the successful execution of key product and technology changes on a monthly and off-release basis.

The purpose of this role is to perform a range of routine processing/administrative activities efficiently and accurately in accordance with policies and procedure, in order to provide internal and external customers with a cost effective and efficient world best practice standard business and administrative service.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Liaising with Regional technology counterparts for scope, testing and impact analysis.
- Analysis of the functional impact of the technology change.
- Ensure related release governance items are completed.
- Oversee related test planning, review, and assurance.
- Produce test reporting for stakeholders.
- Responsible for conducting sanity testing.
- Timely identification and mitigation of risks and gaps in initiatives.
- Coordination of business readiness activities.
- Pro-active in improving the end-to-end business release management process.

**Your Skills and Experience**:

- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Strong passion for problem solving and can-do attitude.
- Be a team player and proven ability to collaborate and achieve effective outcomes.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work to objectives either alone or as a member of a small team
- Able to display resilience in high pressure situations and environments.
- Able to work in a high availability environment with rostered weekend work responsibilities.
- Sound experience in a business analyst role.
- Strong leadership and influencing capabilities.
