Within International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB), we serve 41 million customers globally, including 6.7 million who are international, from retail customers to ultra high net worth individuals and their families. We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as Release Analyst. In this role, you will provide quality assurance on the end-to-end delivery of digital products platforms and features, from planning and execution to post-release support. You'll coordinate across multiple teams and regions (Asia Pacific, UK) to ensure timely and smooth delivery of system/ platform releases and digital capabilities to market. Please note this role will require operating outside standard business hours during release cycles.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring deployment of digital/ platform capabilities. This also includes responsibility for maintaining and executing on the digital deployment plan and regulating release schedules.
- This position will interact and have visibility to digital business, product, platform, design, requirement, content management, testing teams.
- Identifies, manages, and resolves risks, issues, and blockers throughout the delivery process.
- Asia Pacific regional deployment will require working with local and regional teams to enable deployment readiness.
- Providing local support through the release delivery cycle.
