**About the opportunity**:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager to join our Cost Recovery Team. The Cost Recovery team is a newly created function within the Supply Chain team of Endeavour Drinks.
This role is responsible for supporting the achievement of commercial outcomes to ensure we have the optimum commercials to recover supply chain costs incurred in distributing suppliers products across the Endeavour Supply Chain Network which includes BWS, Dan Murphys and ALH sites.
**A day in the life of a Network Specialist at Endeavour Group**
- Optimise supplier commercials that allows for the appropriate supplier cost recovery based on the distribution channel
- Develop and embed commercial outcomes to understand supplier cost recovery and commercial drivers across logistics network
- Collaborate alongside our Endeavour Supply Chain team, Merchandising, Finance, IT, and Data & Analytics teams
- Develop an approach and framework with internal stakeholders, partners and suppliers to positively influence supply chain network outcomes.
- Lead continuous improvement in conjunction with peers and the wider Supply chain team
**What you'll need to succeed**:
- Tertiary qualifications in commerce/finance/accounting or a related discipline
- At least 5 years of prior experience in a commercial,supply chain, finance, buying, sales or strategy role within a fast-paced retail or FMCG environment, with exposure to the liquor industry being highly valued
- Knowledge of FMCG, Supply Chain, Buying and Replenishment disciplines is highly desirable
- Strong influencing skills and ability to negotiate and lead commercial conversations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience of stakeholder partnerships and influencing to drive commercial outcomes
- Strong numeracy and attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication, including demonstrated storylining information into actionable insights and creating a stakeholder narrative
- Advanced knowledge and experience using MS Excel, MS Powerpoint or Google business platforms
- Experience learning proprietary business systems and effectively querying data warehouses
- A positive attitude, ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders and manage complexity
