**About the Role**

Due to continued growth, we're seeking additional retail assistants to join our high performing retail team on a casual basis.

Reporting to our Jindalee and Sunnybank Store Managers, you will contribute to the overall running of our stores, including:

- Performing water analysis using state-of-the-art testing equipment
- Advising customers on pool chemistry and prescribing chemicals required to correct water balance
- Assisting customers with purchases of pool and spa chemicals, equipment and parts
- Achieving sales through a commitment to customer satisfaction

You will be required to build strong relationships with our customers and provide them with trusted advice and solutions on maintaining their pool and spa.

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience in retail sales and customer service
- Recent or current study in the Chemistry field (high school or university level)
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively
- A positive attitude and a passion for retail sales within a team environment
- Physical fitness, as regular heavy lifting is involved (up to 20kg)

Some knowledge of pool and spa maintenance is desirable, but not essential as full on-the-job training is provided.

As we are open 7 days, availability to work weekends is essential. Flexibility to work extra shifts during our busy summer season (November to March) would be well regarded.

**Salary**: Up to $29.23 per hour
