**Job Description**:
We are looking for a customer driven Transport Supervisor to manage and organise the transport of customers products to Coles supermarkets across South East Queensland. This position also works closely with the customer, as well as internal stakeholders such as managers, drivers and other staff.

As the Transport Supervisor, you will:

- Determine and arrange weekly labour and vehicle requirements according to customer needs, volume and time requirements.
- Liaise with the customer for load requirements ensuring there is a sufficient buffer window for staging and loading activities of all carriers.
- Supervise daily activities to ensure that work is being performed safely, efficiently and is complaint with procedures.
- Initiate effective team building with drivers by conducting toolbox talks and spot checks.

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Knowledge and experience within the transport industry essential
- Strong stakeholder management ability, with a desire to exceed customer expectations.
- Previous experience managing drivers, forklift operators or other blue collar staff at volume.
- Thrives under pressure and in a fast paced environment.
