The Role
Were looking for a hands-on, strategic, and people-focused
Site Operations Supervisor
to lead daily operations across our Distribution Centre (DC) in Sydney.
This is a fast-paced leadership role, perfect for someone with solid logistics experience who's ready to drive performance, mentor others, and manage workflow across receiving, replenishment, picking, packing, and dispatch. You'll play a key role in supporting business goals, maintaining safety and compliance, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the site.

You're a strong and calm leader who can juggle shifting priorities while keeping the team motivated and aligned. You thrive in a dynamic environment, know how to get the most out of your people, and are passionate about delivering results through great communication and clear planning.
You bring operational expertise, a continuous improvement mindset, and the confidence to lead from the front.
In This Role, You'll:
Lead daily DC operations, ensuring targets and timelines are met
Coach and develop Team Leaders, while managing rosters and resource allocation
Drive stock accuracy through daily cycle counts and audits
Manage workflow across all operational functions including inbound, outbound, and transport coordination
Oversee site safety, compliance, and equipment checks
Liaise with contractors, carriers, and cross-functional teams to keep things running smoothly
Support continuous improvement, cost efficiency, and training initiatives
Communicate clearly and consistently through toolbox talks, reporting, and KPI updates
You'll Bring:
Proven experience in a senior DC, warehouse, or logistics role
Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
Experience working across multiple operational functions (receiving, picking, dispatch, etc.)
A calm, confident, and solution-focused approach
Excellent time management and multi-tasking ability
Strong understanding of inventory systems, Microsoft Office, and transport coordination
Commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
