We are seeking a sales professional to assist with client consultations and build relationships with interior design professionals.

This role is ideal for those who have a passion for lighting design and helping customers create the perfect ambiance. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting and engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service and manage company/client relationships
- Grow our current client base by maintaining excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of lighting is a plus but not essential as we provide training
- Previous sales experience in retail or showroom environment is preferred
- Strong passion for interior design and lighting design with ability to understand residential floor plans
- Solution-focused attitude and desire to work in a close-knit team environment or autonomously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
- Punctual and reliable with basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
