Our client is an international consulting firm and due to internal progression a new opportunity has become available for an experienced Resourcing and HR professional.

**THE ROLE**

With an exceptional mix of generalist talent tasks and allocations specialist responsibilities, this commercial position offers both variety and interesting challenges.
- Lead strategic operational decisions around workforce management
- Schedule, allocate, organise and deploy staff based on the client, schedule and priority
- Place workforce into projects based on skillset and career goals
- Manage competing deadlines and requirements
- Reporting on leave, headcount, staffing levels as well as forecasting
- Conduct staff development meetings
- Employee relations
- Deploy Australian staff to overseas offices
- Management of staff annual leave and time off in lieu
- Talent acquisition including key annual projects and drives
- Ad-hoc project management

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Solid experience in a similar role previously
- A background in allocations, HR and resourcing
- High level of resourcing skills and commercial acumen
- Must be highly capable in multitasking and prioritising
- Exceptional communicator with high attention to detail and organisation skills
- Senior stakeholder management exposure
- A driven personality with a desire to learn and grow in a fun team
