Headspace Clinical Coordinator

headspace Emerald, operated by AnglicareCQ, is seeking a skilled Clinical Coordinator to oversee the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care for young people and their families.
You'll guide and support a multidisciplinary team, manage referrals and caseloads and contribute to service innovation and continuous improvement.
What will a typical day look like?
Lead and enhance clinical service delivery across the mental health spectrum Provide supervision, support and guidance to clinicians and other support staff Facilitate clinical reviews, care planning and shared decision making Contribute to strategic planning, policy development and service evaluation Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and data collection.
Mandatory Requirements: Approved tertiary level qualification in an allied health discipline, including social work, psychology (4+2 pathway or 5+1 pathway), mental health nursing, and/or occupational therapy.
Registration or membership with appropriate registration authority or professional body (APHRA or AASW).
