Full time - Fixed Term Position

Are you a passionate mental health professional ready to lead a dynamic team and shape the future of youth mental health services in Emerald?

headspace Emerald, operated by AnglicareCQ, is seeking a skilled Clinical Coordinator to oversee the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care for young people and their families. You'll guide and support a multidisciplinary team, manage referrals and caseloads and contribute to service innovation and continuous improvement.

What will a typical day look like?

  • Lead and enhance clinical service delivery across the mental health spectrum
  • Provide supervision, support and guidance to clinicians and other support staff
  • Facilitate clinical reviews, care planning and shared decision making
  • Contribute to strategic planning, policy development and service evaluation
  • Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and data collection.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Approved tertiary level qualification in an allied health discipline, including social work, psychology (4+2 pathway or 5+1 pathway), mental health nursing, and/or occupational therapy.
  • Registration or membership with appropriate registration authority or professional body (APHRA or AASW).
