We're looking for a Certificate III or Diploma-qualified Educator who is committed to creating high-quality learning experiences and building strong, collaborative relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

What You'll Bring:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-recognised equivalent)- Current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain)- First Aid Certificate (including asthma & anaphylaxis training)- Strong understanding of child development and learning milestones- Ability to create and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate programs- Great communication skills and a collaborative, flexible attitude- Respect for children's rights, voices, and autonomy

Desirable (but not essential):
- Experience in a similar Educator or Assistant Educator role- Familiarity with EYLF and NQS- Confidence using digital tools for documentation and communication
