**The Company**

Our client is a growing, dynamic company in the telecom services industry experiencing rapid expansion and is seeking a HR Officer to join the Melbourne team.

**The Role**

Your fit within the role will depend on your proven experience as an HR Officer with your key responsibilities including:

- Speak to directors and determine what technical skills and resources will be required for each project.
- Register on specific software to do trainings.
- Ensure training logs are uploaded to system.
- Submit various documents.
- Update technicians regarding resources.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will be someone who has very strong HR experience. You will also be an exceptional communicator on all levels, patient worker and have a can-do attitude.
