Process Engineering Leader

As a seasoned engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our projects. We are seeking an accomplished professional to join our team as a Senior Process Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Engineering Excellence:
You will be responsible for applying advanced engineering techniques and analysis to complex problems. Your expertise will enable you to expand knowledge and skill set in your area of discipline, as well as start to develop skills in other disciplines and functional areas.
Quality and Improvement:
You will consistently apply your knowledge and comply with our quality program relative to assigned tasks. Additionally, you may be responsible for ensuring compliance with our quality program, providing guidance and direction to others from the same project and discipline, and supporting continuous improvement and change management efforts.
Deliverables and Projects:
You will prepare complex engineering deliverables, perform research, and develop recommendations for equipment and/or materials selection. You will also manage assigned schedule and quality requirements, plan and conduct independent evaluations, selections, and adaptations of engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria, and review lower-level engineering work or assignments.
Collaboration and Communication:
Actively coordinate with internal and external team members on moderately complex projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering from a recognized accredited program
Minimum 5 years related work experience
Certifications:
Most positions require professional registration or licensure in their designated home office country, or active pursuit thereof.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
