The Project Coordinator plays a key role in delivering strategic initiatives and enhancing the student experience across UNSW Canberra. Working within the Student Life and Experience Portfolio, you will coordinate and support a range of projects, programs, and events that improve educational services and student engagement. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about making a positive impact on student life.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Coordinating and evaluating student-focused projects, services, and events across both UNSW Canberra campuses
- Developing and managing communication campaigns, including newsletters, intranet, and website content
- Analysing and reporting on data to inform improvements in student experience
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with students, staff, and external partners
- Identifying and implementing process improvements across the portfolio
- Ensuring compliance with university policies, including health and safety

**About you**

You will have the following skills and experience:

- Have relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience in project coordination, student experience, or a related field
- Bring strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders
- Demonstrate the ability to manage complex tasks and deliver accurate reporting and analysis
- Be proficient in digital tools and systems (experience in higher education systems is desirable)
- Have a proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for enhancing student outcomes
