As a strategic business expert at a healthcare technology vendor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering next-generation Electronic Medical Record (EMR) capabilities. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will transform complex healthcare requirements into robust solutions that enhance patient care, clinician workflows, and system interoperability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to ensure accurate definition, documentation, prioritization, and communication of features, functionalities, and technical requirements to relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide knowledge of the offering or portfolio to support presales work and ongoing product development, ensuring alignment with customer and business needs.
  • Lead, identify, define, and document detailed business requirements and functional content features to meet customer and business objectives.
  • Support Regional and Global Product Managers in defining standard business processes and solution services mapping these to standard business processes and care activities/functional transactions.
  • Analyse and document client's business requirements and processes, and communicate these requirements by accurately defining feature and functional requirements.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years' experience working as a business analyst with an EMR in a vendor organization or health environment.
  • Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions, demonstrating a deep understanding of the healthcare domain.
  • Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing new applications and systems, with a strong focus on healthcare IT.
  • Healthcare domain knowledge, clinical or health IT background, with expertise in ANZ healthcare processes and requirements.
