Reporting to the Operations and Applied Training Director, you will join a passionate team dedicated to delivering an exceptional learning experience for our students.

As the Food & Beverage Instructor, you will play a pivotal role in conducting practical training and supervision, offering valuable feedback on student progress and assessments within a simulated food & beverage environment. The focus is on equipping students with well-defined food & beverage skills and fostering collaboration within the broader Food & Beverage team.

On a typical day in this role, you will:

- Work with a "best practice" approach to Food and Beverage Department operations.
- Ensure 5-star customer service for all staff and students, surpassing industry standards. Our Campus has a state-of-the-art facility that simulates a real working environment and it is not open to the public.
- Actively contribute to learning and teaching outcomes, ensuring a positive food & beverage experience for students.
- Participate in the delivery of internal or external functions at the campus.
- Collaborate with the Operations and Applied Training Director, Executive Chef, and team for continuous improvement.
