Join NOVON as our next permanent Project Coordinator to work on an exciting project based on our customer site in a hybrid role. Working in a team led by the Digital Delivery Manager you will work in a team that is responsible for the successful delivery of digital mobile app developed in React Native. As a coordinator you will work to ensuring the project is delivered on time, within scope and within budget.

**Experience required**:

- Experience as a project coordinator in an agile/ scrum environment coordinating many different moving parts across a development team. Managing the team administration.
- Diary Management
- Visio
- Confluence/Jira
- Strong Excel
- Managing Costs
- Strong want to get things done - highly organised and a superior communicator
- Experience of managing stakeholders effectively managing both up and down - collaboration champion
- Assist in team activities including requirements gathering where needed.
- Strong problem-solver and assist in removing roadblocks. The ability to work comfortably under pressure
- Manage risk and issues register and ensure RAG in managed effectively. Create project packs as requested
- Understanding of Continuous Delivery methodologies
- Outcome focussed
