**Job Description**:
Winning Group is looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to help optimise demand generation campaigns, processes, and systems. Your role will be to build out and execute against the marketing campaign calendar and further optimise our Blueshift instance. We are looking for someone who loves the science of marketing operations and enjoys building, implementing and measuring new systems, processes and campaigns. You will work across the Winning Group's award-winning business units, like Appliances Online and Winning Appliances.
- Implement automated marketing best practices; segment and leverage the marketing database for greater campaign efficiency, contact outreach, engagement and effectiveness.
- Execute and optimize effective lead nurturing programs using Blueshift.
- Assist in managing the lead lifecycle - implement and optimize lead scoring, qualification and hand-off to sales processes.
- Assist in development, management and optimization of marketing technology infrastructure.
- Work proactively with marketing data scientists to govern data outputs for all programs/campaigns.
- Assist with program conceptualization, program execution, and success measurement.
- Uncover opportunities to optimize conversion across the lead generation and sales funnel.
- Establish, maintain, and optimize scalable marketing processes for campaign and lead generation / management.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience with a marketing automation platform in building nurture campaigns, lead scoring, reporting, and connecting multiple data sources. Blueshift Certified expert would be a plus.
- Comprehensive understanding of enterprise level best practices for lead generation and sales methodologies.
- A desire to create and build a marketing program.
- A passion for metrics.
