**The Role**

We are looking for applicants who
- Have strong administration skills, can prioritise tasks, have close attention to detail and efficient data entry skills
- Customer Service experience
- Experience with or an interest in learning NDIS requirements including data collection and storage and funding requirements
- Enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment

At times, this role may be required to travel to other services within the Casey area.

**Key Selection Criteria**

**Essential**:

- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Competent administration and reception skills for all general administration tasks.
- Organisational skills and ability to build rapport with Coordinators and Managers, people with a disability, and other key stakeholders.
- Good organisational and time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
- A demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- IT skills in the use of the MS Office Suite especially Excel/Databases.

**Desirable**:

- Experience in a health, disability, aged care or community setting is advantageous
- Knowledge of the NDIS price guide and expertise in maximising service delivery options based on funding allocated to support area.
- Hold a current drivers licence.
