We are looking for a professional support assistant (admin assistant) to join our team in Osbourne Park on a full-time or part-time basis

**About the role**

As a Professional Support Assistant, you will work closely with and support a team of Allied Health professionals. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing outgoing mail for the team - scanning, copying, posting etc
- Assisting with data entry and producing data reports
- Assisting with coordinating and arranging meetings and appointments with clients
- Assisting with reception duties when required
- Providing all administration support to the team as required

**What you'll bring to the role**

You will be an experienced Administrator who is a team player, along with;
- High attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills - ability to prioritise and multitask
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- High level of urgency and efficiency
