**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**

- Manage project pipelines from the point of sale through to completion.
- Ensure quality control and assist with order accuracy.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments with clients.
- Handle customer inquiries and maintain communication through various channels.
- Keep accurate records of jobs, payments, and client information.
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable and supplier management.
- Provide administrative support, including process documentation and reporting.

- Experience in operations
- Strong in using CRM's and software
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
