**About the Role**

The types of services you will provide include:

- Completing general maintenance including repairs and installations;
- Undertaking maintenance work in accordance with the preventative maintenance schedule;
- Assisting contractors around the community;
- Completing records using the organisation's asset management system where appropriate (training provided);
- Assisting in garden maintenance when required.

It is important that you are caring and a confident relationship builder, as you will be a trusted person around our community. Your ability to work autonomously and to manage your own time is required.

**About you**

To be suited to this position, you will have:

- Demonstrated experience in a handyperson/maintenance role;
- Applied knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety requirements;
- Basic computer skills;
- A current drivers licence.
- Under Churches of Christ policy and/or the applicable public health directions, team members are _**_required to be up to date with_**_ their COVID-19 Vaccination.
