**Recruitment Administrator** to join our team in Burswood - 2 month contract with possible extension

**This will include but not limited to**:

- Liaising with clients, and site admin to provide required documentation and information for commencement
- Collecting and saving all required documentation, such as work rights, licences, tickets, and qualifications
- Coordinating medicals, inductions, PPE and training for onboarding personnel
- Assisting with answering incoming calls and directing them within the business
- General Adhoc administration task

This role requires someone who can balance and prioritise their workload.

**To be successful you will require**:

- Strong administration skills
- Excellent computer and communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Have excellent time management skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work full time hours Monday to Friday 8.00am-5.00pm
