About This Role
As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of data-driven decision making across various domains.
You'll work with colleagues in the Data team and subject matter experts from across the business to refine tough problems that can be solved with the application of scientific thinking, algorithms, and analytical data processing.
As part of a cross-functional team including engineers, designers, and product owners, you'll build and operate beautiful, intelligent products and services that delight users every day.
Immerse yourself in complex and messy data and contribute to the shared understanding of its value.
Apply sound scientific methods to drive product development.
Lead in hypothesis-driven experimentation and deliver measurable impact through holdouts.
Maintain high personal coding standards and collaborate with other scientists and engineers to produce robust and reproducible code.
Maintain and operate end-to-end pipelines that support data-intensive applications.
What You'll Need
Practical experience in analytics roles.
Experience with data querying languages, scripting languages, and/or statistical/mathematical software.
Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant technical field; or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to grasp mathematical concepts.
Strong communication skills and ability to tailor messages for peers and stakeholders.
