Technical Product Manager

Responsibilities Own the product roadmap, define what the team will deliver and the timeline for implementation.
Ensure that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.
Gather & prioritize product and customer requirements, define the product vision, and work closely with the head of product, business development, and technology/engineering teams (including vendors) to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
Translate product strategy into planned work.
Manage the release process and dependencies across releases to complete phases and milestones.
Coordinate activities to bring new functionality to market.
Support pre-sales and business development to increase win rate and position the product as a differentiator, enhancing proposal confidence.
Develop architectural and design principles to improve performance, capacity, and scalability.
Design technical specifications and ensure teams have all necessary information for delivery.
Provide value-added advisory to internal stakeholders, maintain good relationships through regular engagement, and ensure awareness of current developments.
Drive delivery of product features with internal or external teams.
Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of experience in product management within a tech company, software development, or startup environment is a plus.
Hands-on knowledge of cloud-native or AI product conceptualization & development.
Experience with agile development frameworks & Dev Ops, with technical knowledge.
