About the Role
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Lead and mentor a team of system account admins, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
- Act as a point of escalation for account management issues and provide expert guidance to troubleshoot and resolve them efficiently.
- Develop and maintain metrics to measure the team's performance and effectiveness.
- Oversee the creation, modification, and removal of user accounts and access privileges across various systems and platforms. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and security protocols.
- Assist with all staff onboarding tasks so that new starters have a seamless introduction to Bapcor.
- Work on various Applications that require account management (eg AD, Core, Donesafe, ServiceNow, Ezyparts, Ezy Find, Pronto, Integrity, etc).
- Contribute to creating and maintaining Knowledge Base articles for all IT Staff to access via Service Now Portal.
- Actively identifies new areas for learning and taking advantage of opportunities to benefit personnel capability.
About You
You will be a natural leader, with a strong desire to drive best practice. A clear communicator, you will have the confidence to liaise with all levels of seniority. As a point of escalation, you will be able to set clear expectations and influence outcomes.
- Proficiency in using IAM tools and platforms to manage user identities, roles, and permissions, such as Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD.
- Experience with Windows Desktop & Server, Citrix, VMware, Microsoft 365 Admin centre, Microsoft Exchange.
- Knowledge of APIs/ Powershell and working in an environment with multiple domains, ITIL methodology experiance an advantage.
- Proven experience in system account management, with a minimum 2 years holding leadership positions.
- Experience with remote support.
- Degree or IT Certifications.
