About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Management Specialist to join our team. This is a leadership position that requires a strong desire to drive best practice, natural leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of seniority.

The successful candidate will have proficiency in using IAM tools and platforms to manage user identities, roles and permissions. They will also have experience with Windows Desktop & Server, Citrix, VMware, Microsoft 365 Admin centre and Microsoft Exchange.

Responsibilities will include leading and mentoring a team of system account admins, developing and maintaining metrics to measure the team's performance and effectiveness, overseeing the creation, modification and removal of user accounts and access privileges across various systems and platforms.

  • Natural leadership skills with a strong desire to drive best practice.
  • Clear communication skills with confidence to liaise with all levels of seniority.
  • Proficiency in using IAM tools and platforms to manage user identities, roles and permissions.
  • Experience with Windows Desktop & Server, Citrix, VMware, Microsoft 365 Admin centre and Microsoft Exchange.
  • Knowledge of APIs/Powershell and working in an environment with multiple domains, ITIL methodology experience an advantage.
  • Proven experience in system account management, with a minimum 2 years holding leadership positions.
